1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, and the request must be made in writing. Refund eligibility is based on the following conditions:

• Course Access: Refunds will only be granted if the course or program has not been accessed. “Accessed” refers to logging into the course, downloading materials, or participating in any activities related to the course.
• Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
• Special Programs: Certain programs, such as promotional or discounted courses, may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified. Please review the specific terms and conditions of the promotion before purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Submit a Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team at nigeria@lexed.uk. Please include your full name, the course title, the purchase date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
• Refund Review: Once we receive your request, our team will review it to determine eligibility. If additional information is required, we will contact you via email.
• Decision Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or denied within 5 business days.

3. Administrative Charges for Refunds

Refunds are subject to administrative charges, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The administrative charges are as follows:

• For refunds below ₦50,000: A flat administrative charge of ₦5,000 will apply.
• For refunds of ₦50,000 and above: A 10% administrative charge of the total paid amount will apply.
• Non-refundable Bank Fees: Please note that any additional bank or transaction fees paid during the original purchase may not be refunded, as these are beyond our control.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, the processing time is as follows:

• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval. Please allow this time for our team to process your request.
• Refund Delivery: After processing, the refund will be returned using the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. In some cases, it can take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Course Accessed: If the course or program has been accessed or the learner has commenced the course by logging in, viewing lessons, or downloading materials, no refund will be issued.
• Expired Refund Period: Refund requests submitted after the specified refund period of 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Non-Refundable Programs: Some special programs, courses sold under discounts, or promotional offers may not qualify for a refund unless specified in the terms of the promotion.
• Partial Completion: If the learner has partially completed the course or received any certificates or credits related to the course, the refund will not be issued.

LEXED reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated on our website, and it is the responsibility of the learner to review the refund policy periodically.
